Terms of Service
Effective: March 1, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using BibleCard (the "Service"), operated by Upflash (the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Company.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service provides the following features:
- Daily Bible verse card generation
- AI-powered devotional commentary
- Related sermon video search and viewing
- Devotion journal creation and management
- Community devotion sharing
- Bible reading checklist
- AI Bible Q&A
Article 3 (Registration and Withdrawal)
- Users may register via email or social accounts (Google, Facebook, Kakao, Naver).
- Members may delete their account at any time from the Profile page. Upon withdrawal, all personal information and usage records are immediately deleted.
Article 4 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following:
- Using another person's personal information
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
- Posting illegal, defamatory, or hateful content that disrupts community order
- Unauthorized commercial use of the Service
Article 5 (AI Disclaimer)
AI devotional commentary and AI Q&A answers provided by the Service are AI-generated reference materials and do not represent official theological views or doctrines. For matters requiring deep theological judgment, please consult your church pastor.
Article 6 (Service Changes and Interruptions)
The Service may modify or temporarily suspend features after prior notice when operationally necessary. In unavoidable circumstances, notice may be given afterward.
Article 7 (Paid Subscription and Refund Policy)
The Service offers a paid subscription (Premium) plan. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. The following terms apply to payments and refunds:
- Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed on a monthly basis. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made from the next billing date.
- You have the right to cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, without giving any reason.
- Refunds will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel.
- Refunds are processed by Paddle using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged for the refund.

For refund or cancellation requests, please contact contact@upflash.co.kr or submit a request through Paddle.
Article 8 (Copyright and Content)
- Bible text displayed in the Service is based on publicly available translations.
- Copyright of user-written devotion records belongs to the user. Content shared to the community may be displayed to other users within the Service.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
In case of disputes related to Service use, both parties shall negotiate in good faith. If no agreement is reached, applicable laws shall govern.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms take effect on March 1, 2026.
